Q.  Does Cedarville Waterworks give discounts for filling up swimming pools?

A.  No, we do not.

Q.  Where are you located?

A.  Our address is 8941 Hwy 59 in Cedarville.  We are located just north of the Cedarville Post Office on the opposite side of the road at the corner of Hwy 59 and Thompson Lane.

 

Q.  Will you send someone out to mark my  private water lines?

A. No not private lines but  when you require any other utility lines to be marked, dial 1-800-482-8998 or simply dial 811.  This is the Arkansas One-Call System that alerts all utility companies to mark their lines at your location.  If you damage a line after failing to call this number, you will be responsible for repair costs.

 

Q.  Can I pay my bill over the phone?

A.  No.  We are not set up for this method of payment.  Aside from visiting our office, you can pay through our night drop, or mail your payment to Cedarville Waterworks at PO Box 88 in Cedarville, AR 72932.  We now also have auto draft as an option.  To enroll in auto draft you can call to request a form be mailed to you or stop by to pick one up.  A voided check is also required.

 

Q. Do you accept debit or credit cards?

A. No.  We accept cash, check, or money orders.  However, we do provide auto draft in which your payment is taken from your bank account directly each month.  You can limit the payments to a certain maximum amount which will prevent us withdrawing more money than you are comfortable with in case of unusually high bills.  If a bill ever exceeds your maximum withdrawal amount, we will call to inform you before withdrawing from your account.
